Call Center Representatives

As a Niche Call Center Representative, you'll be handling detailed customer questions about products, via phone, email, and Live Chat, sometimes all at the same time, professionally and with enthusiasm!

We offer a casual environment with a focus on our core values. We sell several different product lines, including upscale car seats, jogging strollers, GPS watches and water trampolines. You will be expected to become an expert in your product line(s) and we will train you. A lot of our customers are on the east or west coast of the US - we ship anywhere in the 50 states. We've been in business and growing since 2001. We have a warehouse and marketing team on site here as well that you will interact with on a regular basis.

Your schedule must be flexible. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, if necessary, and be responsible and reliable. We run two main shifts: 8:00am - 4:30pm and 1:00pm - 9:30pm.

You must be comfortable with computers, Windows, Word (basic), Excel (basic), and the Internet. You must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and be able to keep positive in stressful situations. Copywriter

Minimum requirements:
1-5 years copywriting experience.
Eye for messaging, copy layout and message relevance.
Ability to take, understand and apply edits.

Responsibilites include writing product copy, brand copy, ad copy for online and traditional marketing pieces and blog copy, and researching products to create content.

Knowledge of CRM software helpful, but not required. Must be willing to learn how to implement copy via CRM.

Site Manager/Merchandiser

Seeking a highly motivated person to manage and direct the day-to-day operation and marketing initiatives for a group of our online retail stores.

The Site Manager works to increase sales for assigned web stores along with other members of the marketing team by creatively applying marketing ideas and developing excellent relationships with our manufacturer's representatives. The Site Manager is also manages pricing, meets inventory goals and rolls out new products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site performance and accuracy
  • Manage site-wide inventory for effective turnaround
  • Design and implement site specific marketing initiatives
  • Manage site-wide product offerings including seasonal changes
  • Gain and maintain industry expertise, including competitive knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year business to consumer web marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in an e-commerce environment, product selection, merchandising and business analysis
  • Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to think creatively
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under aggressive time tables
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HTML

  • Computer savvy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and IM.
  • Possess excellent team building, coaching and motivating skills.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to define, develop and successfully implement strategic change in a call center and customer service environment.
